李佳斌,1986年生,男,硕导。西安电子科技大学宽带隙半导体技术国家重点学科实验室微电子学与固体电子学专业的工学博士。主持伟德国际BETVlCTORAPP官网博士科研基金项目1项,曾参与国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、国防科技工业局项目2项、陕西省科技厅自然科学基础研究项目1项。近5年来,在Journal of Materials Science、Superlattices and Microstructures等期刊上发表SCI学术论文9篇,任International Journal of Modern Physics B等国际期刊的审稿人。
主要研究方向:微电子光电器件、微电子器件的可靠性
